Our annual Bûche de Noël, inspired by the Brocéliande Forest in Brittany, France. A delicate vanilla chiffon cake, rolled to perfection with luscious raspberry compote and velvety french buttercream. Adorned to resemble a rustic log straight from the heart of Brocéliande, rich cocoa and tonka bean buttercream create an authentic woodland texture while hand-piped meringue mushrooms will captivate your imagination. We’ve sprinkled the log with raspberry crispies adding a delightful crunch to each bite.

Our 2023 Bûche de Noël is not just a dessert, but a journey to the heart of Brittany’s magical forest.
